With 30+ years of international experience, in senior management, across a wide array of customer service positions ornamenting his horological prowess, bringing his exemplary expertise in the world of Horology to the table is Mr. Johann Kunz. Mr. Kunz has been associated with Richemont, Swatch, and Audemars Piguet and is the current Director of Foundation WOSTEP. Leading projects in - the creation and revamping of service platforms, network consolidations, and conducting training workshops to upscale the after-sales service arena of the watch industry.
