We charge according to Cartier's official service price list, plus applicable taxes. The exact cost depends on the model and what the watch needs. So we assess every watch first and send a detailed estimate, and nothing is done without your approval.
How long does a Cartier service take?
A full Cartier service typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the model and parts availability. We give you an expected date with the estimate and keep you updated at every stage.

Cartier service questions
How often should a Cartier watch be serviced?
Service a mechanical Cartier every 3 to 5 years and a quartz Cartier every 4 to 6 years. If you wear it while swimming, have the water resistance checked every year.
Does servicing at Luxury Watch Works keep my Cartier warranty valid?
Luxury Watch Works is an authorised Cartier service centre that uses genuine parts and Cartier's procedures, so servicing here does not void your Cartier warranty. [To be confirmed with Cartier]
Can you service a vintage Cartier?
Yes. As an authorised centre, we can order genuine parts from Cartier, including for many older models. Where a part is no longer made, we advise on the options case by case.
My Cartier has stopped. What should I do?
Don't keep winding or shaking it. Bring it in or send it to us for a free assessment. On a quartz model the battery may simply need replacing, but a stopped watch can also mean a movement fault.
Can I replace my Cartier strap?
Yes. We supply original Cartier straps and can adjust or repair Cartier bracelets.
