Saignelégier, in the Jura region, is home to the family-owned Aerowatch company that is specialized in Swiss watchmaking artistry. The Bolzli siblings were obviously born with the inspiration for what appeals to the market. With the limited edition “Les Grandes Classiques Chrono”, they enriched their line of chronographs with a model that beats to the pulse of our era and is also appreciated by collectors.

The special model has a case diameter of 44 mm and stands out with a pleasing, balanced personality. With the stylish choice of a gently rounded silhouette, Aerowatch demonstrates that a chronograph can definitely be casually elegant. The three-dimensional effect of the dial attracts attention; it is emphasized by the beveled date display ring that creates an embedded look for the Arabic hour numerals and for the 31-day scale. The moon-phase display and the three subsidiary dials are black for added contrast and paired with the attractive hour and minute hands that deliver the time at a glance. This collector’s piece features a refreshing touch with red chronograph hands and a red crescent tip for the moon as it follows its trajectory.
The limited edition “Les Grandes Classiques Chrono” is equipped with the legendary self winding Valjoux chronograph movement. Aerowatch crafted it such that the moon phase and the date display can be set with the crown. The display back reveals the pulsating inner life of the watch and illustrates the finesse of Swiss watchmaking artistry.
An embossed leather strap with contrast stitching and a fold-over clasp completes this chronograph that is limited to 199 pieces.
The limited edition “Les Grandes Classiques Chrono” is available exclusively in Aerowatch points of sale.
