Four Nominations Across Four GPHG Categories

Parmigiani Fleurier has received four nominations at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) 2026, with all four timepieces submitted by the Maison earning recognition from the GPHG Academy.
The nominations span four distinct categories and encompass two of Parmigiani Fleurier’s principal contemporary collections: TONDA PF and TORIC.
The winners will be announced during the 26th GPHG Awards Ceremony in Geneva on 7 November 2026, bringing together leading creations from contemporary watchmaking.

TONDA PF Chronographe Mystérieux - Chronograph

The TONDA PF Chronographe Mystérieux has been nominated in the Chronograph category.
The timepiece represents Parmigiani Fleurier’s continuing exploration of what the Maison describes as “Invisible Complications” a design philosophy in which additional mechanical information remains discreet until it is required.
The approach places mechanical functionality around the wearer while maintaining a clean and restrained primary time display.

The TONDA PF Chronographe Mystérieux is the third World Premiere within this philosophy, following:

  • TONDA PF GMT Rattrapante — 2022

  • TONDA PF Minute Rattrapante — 2023

  • TONDA PF Chronographe Mystérieux — 2026

The nomination places the latest TONDA PF complication among the recognised chronograph creations of GPHG 2026.

TONDA PF Minute Rattrapante Arctic Rose — Essential

The TONDA PF Minute Rattrapante Arctic Rose has been selected in the Essential category. Like the Chronographe Mystérieux, the model reflects Parmigiani Fleurier’s emphasis on mechanical intelligence that does not overwhelm the fundamental function of the watch. Its inclusion in the Essential category highlights the Maison’s interpretation of contemporary refinement, where complication and wearability are integrated without compromising the purity of the time display. Together, the two TONDA PF nominations demonstrate the collection’s ability to incorporate sophisticated mechanical functions while maintaining its restrained aesthetic character.

TORIC Perpetual Calendar 30th Anniversary — Calendar and Astronomy

The TORIC Perpetual Calendar 30th Anniversary has earned a nomination in the Calendar and Astronomy category. The model forms part of Parmigiani Fleurier’s 30th-anniversary celebration and represents the Maison’s contemporary interpretation of the traditional dress watch.
The TORIC collection places particular emphasis on proportion, precious materials and hand-finished mechanical construction. Parmigiani Fleurier’s current TORIC range similarly centres on gold and platinum construction, refined proportions and traditional Haute Horlogerie craftsmanship. The perpetual calendar nomination brings one of horology’s most enduring calendar complications into the Maison’s anniversary programme.

TORIC Petite Seconde 30th Anniversary — Time Only

The TORIC Petite Seconde 30th Anniversary has been nominated in the Time Only category. In contrast to the mechanical complexity represented by the perpetual calendar, the Petite Seconde focuses on the fundamental display of time.
Its nomination reflects Parmigiani Fleurier’s approach to dress watchmaking, where refinement is expressed through materials, proportions and finishing rather than through overt complication.
The result is a more restrained interpretation of Haute Horlogerie, consistent with the TORIC collection’s sartorial character.

A Broader Expression of Parmigiani Fleurier

Taken together, the four nominations provide a cross-section of Parmigiani Fleurier’s current watchmaking direction.
The TONDA PF models represent the Maison’s interest in mechanical innovation and discreet complications, while the TORIC creations explore the relationship between traditional dress-watch codes and contemporary Haute Horlogerie.

The four nominations cover:

‍ ‍ Timepiece GPHG 2026 Category

TONDA PF Chronographe Mystérieux ‍ ‍Chronograph

TONDA PF Minute Rattrapante Arctic Rose Essential

TORIC Perpetual Calendar 30th Anniversary ‍ ‍Calendar and Astronomy

A Milestone Year for the Maison

The recognition arrives during Parmigiani Fleurier’s 30th anniversary year, adding significance to an already important period for the independent Swiss watchmaker. Founded in 1996, the Maison has built its identity around the combination of restoration expertise, mechanical watchmaking and contemporary design. Its current manufacturing approach remains vertically integrated, with the Maison stating that nearly 350 employees work across its production capabilities.
