THE GOLDEN ERA

Armin Strom’s Iconic Resonance Timepiece Enters a New Era with a Rose Gold Case and Black Guilloché Dial
Armin Strom enriches its Mirrored Force Resonance collection with a refined new edition in 18K rose gold. For the first time, the signature case is crafted from this warm metal, featuring alternating brushed and polished finishing across its 43 mm diameter. Below the sapphire crystal, the large black off-centre dial provides a bold contrast. It features a handcrafted sunray guilloché pattern created on a traditional rose engine lathe, framed by a chapter ring with circular finishing that adds depth and texture. Paired with a dark grey Alcantara strap, this new interpretation blends mechanical innovation with timeless elegance—marking a golden era for Armin Strom’s most iconic timepiece.

Resonance, Engineered for Performance
The manually wound Caliber ARF21 that powers this timepiece has been hailed as a watchmaking breakthrough in the mastery of resonance. It facilitates the synchronisation of two balance wheels via the patented Resonance Clutch that connects two sets of oscillators, each with its own balance wheel and hair spring. The mechanism ensures enhanced precision and chronometric stability. A pusher at 2’clock resets the two seconds counters, allowing the wearer to have a visual proof of just how accurate our resonance mechanism is.
Every Surface as Something to Say
At Armin Strom, hand-finishing is an essential step towards the creation of our timepieces. Visible through the sapphire crystal on both sides, the movement reveals a refined interplay of hand-bevelled bridges, polished and mat finished surfaces with black-polished screws. Perlage and circular graining further enrich the architecture, each finish thoughtfully applied to underscore Armin Strom’s unwavering commitment to craftsmanship. Each watch is assembled twice to ensure both mechanical precision and finishing integrity.
