Twelve years after redefining contemporary jewellery through architectural precision and modern femininity, MARLI introduces its first-ever timepiece collection at Geneva 2026. Founded in New York by Maral Artinian in 2014, the maison now expands into Swiss watchmaking with a debut collection that reflects the same design clarity, craftsmanship and uncompromising attention to detail that shaped its jewellery identity.

Crafted in Le Locle at MARLI’s own manufacture, PreciTech SA, the inaugural collection introduces three references L23, L30 and L35, blending high jewellery savoir-faire with Swiss horological engineering.

MARLI’s Evolution from Jewellery Maison to Watchmaking Manufacture

Behind MARLI stands the Artinian Group, a vertically integrated luxury group with nearly three decades of expertise in jewellery manufacturing, diamond trading and Swiss production capabilities. Since 2019, the group has operated its own Swiss manufacture in Le Locle, allowing MARLI to create its timepieces internally while maintaining strict quality standards.

The collection represents not a departure from MARLI’s identity, but a natural extension of its established visual language, one rooted in geometric architecture, wearability and modern luxury.

The Inaugural MARLI Timepiece Collection - L23 & L30 Jewellery-Inspired Elegance

The L23 and L30 references translate MARLI’s jewellery expertise into refined wristwatches defined by sculptural softness and architectural precision. The rounded case construction is paired with scalloped bezels adorned with EF VS diamonds, while faceted dauphine hands preserve clarity across the dial. The watches are available in:

  • 18K Rose Gold

  • 18K White Gold

  • Stainless Steel

Both references are powered by Swiss quartz movements and can be configured with interchangeable satin or alligator straps, alongside integrated gold bracelets inspired by Manhattan’s urban grid architecture. In fully pavé configurations, the watches enter the realm of haute joaillerie, featuring hundreds of EF VS diamonds across the case and bracelet.

L35 — Architectural Watchmaking Expression

The L35 introduces a more sculptural interpretation of MARLI’s design language. Housed in a 35 mm case available in titanium or rose gold, the watch combines faceted geometry with lightweight construction and integrated color architecture.

The model features:

  • Swiss ETA 2892 A2 automatic movement

  • 50-hour power reserve

  • Mother-of-pearl pyramid dial

  • Rubber straps embossed with MARLI’s pyramid motif

  • Diamond-set pyramid crown

The multi-layer case architecture incorporates technical resin between structural layers, reducing overall weight while allowing color integration directly into the case construction.

The Signature Pyramid Tapisserie Dial

At the centre of the entire collection lies MARLI’s most technically demanding achievement, the three-dimensional pyramid tapisserie dial. Machined from natural mother-of-pearl, the dial required three years of research and development to achieve its sharp geometric surfaces and precise light-reflective architecture. The motif extends throughout the collection, appearing on:

  • The dial

  • The crown

  • The L35 rubber strap

  • MARLI’s broader design identity

The result is a constantly evolving surface that interacts dynamically with changing light conditions.

Swiss Craftsmanship from Le Locle

Every MARLI timepiece is produced at PreciTech SA in Le Locle, Switzerland, the former production facilities of Renaud Papi. With the exception of the Swiss-made movements, all components are manufactured internally.

The manufacture oversees:

  • Case production

  • Bracelet construction

  • Diamond setting

  • Finishing operations

  • Assembly and certification
