Interview - Urban Jürgensen
Press release: The next phase of Urban Jürgensen is more than an Haute Horlogerie story – it marks the transformation of a legacy that began in 1773. This watchmaking dynasty has endured not through bloodlines alone, but through generations of masters who shared a singular vision and an uncompromising passion for precision. Each custodian, whether a member of the Jürgensen family or a devoted collector or watchmaker, has drawn from the brand’s essence while propelling it forward, creating timepieces that reflect their era yet transcend them.

Laurent Ferrier Geneve: Sports Auto 79
Press release: After a demanding 24 hours covering 3988 km, Laurent Ferrier, François Servanin and François Trisconi crossed the finish line to take third place overall in the legendary Le Mans race. A real achievement for three amateur drivers. The friends received a trophy that day, as well as a gift: a watch. It was then that a bigger dream was born – that of creating a watchmaking company faithful to traditional values, passion and elegance. The very first foundational stone of the company that would be built many years later was laid on 10 June 1979.
