After the recent introduction of the new I.N.O.X. Automatic and I.N.O.X. Small styles, Victorinox launches the I.N.O.X. Chrono India Exclusive, which offers a sophisticated combination of luxury aesthetics and iconic Swiss design.

Across all models, carved shapes, bold geometrics, innovative materials, and industrial codes rooted in the brand converge with Swiss precision to master time – at any time.

Dedicated to the highest standards of quality, Victorinox takes precision timing very seriously. The I.N.O.X Chrono India Exclusive launched in January 2025 features two variations with elegant rose gold cases. One style features a rose gold PVD case and bezel and the second a sophisticated combination of a rose gold PVD case with a black PVD bezel. Both styles come with a timeless, modern black rubber strap. Backed by Victorinox’s quality promise, the watches include a date display, antimagnetic protection, shock resistance and water resistance and are expertly crafted at Victorinox’s Watch Competence Center in Delémont. The unique design piece perfectly balances strength, elegance and performance with a smart integration of details from the brand’s roots. “I.N.O.X. is the most iconic Victorinox watch collection and is the inspiration behind our new design approach,” explains Arianna Frésard, Head of Category Watches at Victorinox. “We have blended elegance, strong geometrics, and industrial codes in a combination of functionality, resistance, and innovative material mixes. The outcome reflects our industrial-derived ability to deliver modern sophistication.” Both timepiece styles will only be available in India.

BACK TO OUR ROOTS

The watch pays tribute to the famous Swiss Army Knife™ with the design inspiration taken from Victorinox’s roots. The case features strong shapes and curves, and the reworked signature bezel looks as if it has been carved out by a sharp pocket knife. The Swiss Army Knife™ itself is evoked in the counterweight of the second hand and the popular Alox pattern makes an appearance on the pushers. The heart of the watch consists of a chronograph movement, perfect for those who seek performance in their daily lives. Antimagnetic protection avoids time inaccuracy and ensures absolute punctuality and reliability. ISO certified for shock and water resistance to 200m, each watch gives the owner a maximum of freedom during any activity.

MASTERFUL MANUFACTURING EXPERTISE

As a genuine, honest, and true Swiss brand with over a century of expertise in industrialization and steel working, it was logical for Victorinox to verticalize progressively the manufacturing process of its watches. The production of internal components began with the launch of the first I.N.O.X. watch in 2014. It was then improved and extended to more components in stainless steel and metal. Further-more, in its role as an innovator, Victorinox ventured into the difficult but exciting crafting of titanium components. Carbon components are accurately crafted by a local producer nearby. Today, all Victorinox watches are designed, engineered, manufactured, assembled, and tested, in its own Watch Competence Center in Delémont, Switzerland.

Victorinox skillfully transferred its valuable knowledge from knife production to watchmaking. While many individual high-tech production steps are necessary to create a steel watch case or bezel, skilled human resources remain the linchpin for achieving masterful, high-quality results. For instance, the edges of watch cases receive their finishing touches by hand. Extensive training, experience, an eye for detail, and know-how are essential. Furthermore, rigorous quality controls at every stage of the production process are meticulously carried out by educated professionals.
